Our project management is a carefully planned and organized effort applying appropriate knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in order to deliver a "product" on time and within budget, which meets client expectations. A "product" refers to the implementation a new computer system or network, the development of a software application, the implementation of an ERP System or the delivery of a service.

Our project management experience includes, but is not limited ERP Implementations, Software Development, Hardware and Infrastructure implementations, upgrades to include Storage Area Networks and Servers, Cluster implementations and Assessments such as Business Continuity, and Server and Storage Consolidations projects.

Our project managers have managed projects across such industries as the Navy, State & Local, Healthcare, Retail, Banking and the Film Industry.
